Loving like Jesus Loves We all have love in our hearts, but what is it to truly love like Jesus? Does it mean that we love only the people that we want to or do we need to love everyone? Do we look at some people and say they are so far gone that there is no help for them, and then look for who we think are the easier ones to help. This last |

| In fact, when we were down to our last 3 items, we were so tired that we needed to rest. So we stopped and sat on a wall and asked Papa if He would send the next 3 to us. As we were praying we looked across the street and we spotted another homeless lady. Since we had just prayed we asked Jesus, “If this is one of them, could she come to us?” We barely got those words out of our month when she started walking towards us and then stopped right in front of us. She did not ask for anything but we smiled and handed her the food, and then she took off. The next person came right after that and sat right next to me. Wow look at Papa work, but we still had one more item to go and it seemed as if He was sending no one else our way. We asked, “What should we do next?” He said, “walk to your bus stop.” So we got up and started walking to our bus stop. As we were walking we spotted a teenage boy in a t-shirt and a pair of short shorts. He had just stopped to ask for food at a local bread store, but they turned him away. We spotted him and knew he was the one, but he was walking in front of us, not turning around. So again we said “Papa if this is the one then we need you to bring him to us.” As soon as we prayed that, the boy stopped, turned around and started walking our way. When he got to us, we stopped and talked to him and handed him the food and drink. He was so surprised that strangers cared and that they didn’t judge him. We serve such an awesome God and we are so blessed to have had this amazing opportunity. We love each and every one of you!!! John and Cindy P.S. One of the hardest parts of love is letting people make their own decisions, even if you know they are most likely not the right decisions. However, just because you don’t agree does not mean that you stop loving. It means you continue to love no matter what! Also we will be stateside starting May 14 so if you would like for us to share at your church, home group, youth group, or just get together with us over coffee, then please email me click here for email form. We are not sure how long we will be stateside as we have to renew our passports and get papers together for our residency here in Costa Rica. |

WE HAVE A MINISTRY NAME:When we set out for Costa Rica many people had been asking us what our ministry name was going to be and we told them that we didn’t know yet. Well this past week God has revealed to us what our name should be "Love Changes All" or in Spanish "El Amor Cambia Todo". He gave us this name after He started breaking our hearts for people of all ages that other people have said it is to hard to change these people. However with God’s love all things are possible. Our mission is to save the lost. We want to save people from modern day sex slavery and pray that we can rescue people before they even get into prostitution. |

month God has really been asking us to look at people the way that He sees them. We have been to an area of San Jose where many homeless people of all ages hang out. We watched how other people responded and most people just ignored them like they weren’t even there. But God wanted us to do more and so He challenged us to do something different. So instead of spending Valentine’s Day to ourselves we chose to hit the streets of San Jose and look for the homeless people to show the love of Jesus to. Because we have to walk everywhere, we could only take a small amount of food so we took snack bars, peanuts and juice boxes and hit the streets in search of the homeless people. When we would find one we would tell them “Jesus te amo” (Jesus loves you) and ask them their name and then tell them ours. These simple acts of kindness brought us many looks of confusion and shock and wondering why these strangers were caring about them, but we know they were seeing the love of Jesus. We had to do a lot of walking that day, as it is not easy to find the homeless people during the day, but God knew whom we needed to touch that day and we continued until all food was gone.
